Setting up and logging into your Canva account

To take advantage of the Canva for Education (Pro) features with your SMA Microsoft 365 account be sure to follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.canva.com/edu-signup.
2. Choose Continue with Microsoft. Use of SMA Microsoft account is required as any other accounts will not be approved. DO NOT use the SMA Google account!
3. Enter your SMA email (@smapdx.org) and click Next.
4. Enter the password for your SMA email and click Sign in.
5. Click Yes to stay signed in.
6. Click on St. Mary's Academy under Suggestions if it is there. If not enter St. Mary's Academy under Find your school and choose the one with Portland, Oregon.
7. Confirm it is the correct St. Mary's Academy then click Request to join school.
8. Click Start designing.
9. Once we have received the request we will confirm it giving you the Education license which is equivalent to Canva Pro.

If you have already set up your Canva for Education account you can follow the steps below to login in the future.

1. Go to https://www.canva.com.
2. Click Log In if using website otherwise go to next step.
3. If you don't see the Continue with Microsoft option choose Continue another way.
4. Choose Continue with Microsoft.
5. Log in to the windows that pop up with SMA email account/password.
