Each year you may have to choose a new password for your Microsoft Office 365 (Email, OneDrive, Teams, managed Apple ID, ...) account. You should get a warning 2 weeks in advance in the form of a pop-up message in a Microsoft App or when logging in to the online Microsoft site (link below).
Important Note: You will NEVER be sent an email about your password expiring from our system. If this happens it is likely a phishing email.
If you don't change the password before it expires here is how to fix it:
- Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and log in with your account.
- You should be prompted to change your password when you first log in.
