We do utilize multi-factor authentication (MFA), also known as two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect our systems. By default, Microsoft Authenticator App is installed on all iPads and is easy to use. Some of our systems do allow for text message or phone call verification.
Important Note: If when signing into an account you don't have access to your authenticator App, try selecting "Sign in another way" for alternatives to verify your identity.
