Here is basic information about what happens with SMA accounts for students that graduate, withdrawal or temporarily leave SMA.
- Graduates: All SMA accounts are permanently deleted on July 1st following your graduation. You will no longer be able to access these accounts nor are they recoverable by the Tech Office.
- Withdrawal: All SMA accounts are permanently deleted following your last class along with the turn-in of the issued SMA iPad, charger and lightning cable to the Tech Office.
- Summer School: For students that are enrolled in SMA summer classes but not returning in the Fall semester they must return their iPad, charger and cable following their last 2nd semester class. They will have to utilize a personal device for SMA summer classes. Only the Principal can authorize an exception.
- Temporarily Leaving (illness, studying abroad, etc.): All SMA accounts are disabled but not deleted. Students won't be able to access the accounts until they return to SMA. The issued SMA iPad, charger and cable must be returned to the Tech Office.
