The following are basic instructions for mirroring with an HDMI cable in the Boyle Center.
If you are having issues with AirPlay or AirParrot, the alternative is to use an HDMI cable. |
Locate the cable and adapter near the TV and connect it to your device and the port just below the TV. Note: You may not need the adapter depending on your device type. |
Using the source button on the remote, select the HDMI 2 or 3 option that coincides with where you plugged in the HDMI cable below the TV. |
Your device screen should appear on the TV. If not, use the function to mirror the display. · Windows: Win + P and select Duplicate. · macOS: Command + F1. |
If you are showing a video or playing music, use the volume control on your device and on the TV remote to set. |
Once you are mirroring, your device display should appear. |
If you are showing a video or playing music, use the volume control on your device and on the TV remote to set. |
