If you want to test your device(s) for audio/video calls on your own here are your options:
Zoom
- Click on the following link to test: https://zoom.us/test
Webex
- Click on the following link to test: https://www.webex.com/test-meeting.html
Teams
Automated test calls are not available on the iPad at this time with Teams. However, on Windows or macOS do the following:
- In Teams click on your profile picture at the top right and choose Settings.
- Select Devices > Make a test call.
Troubleshooting Steps
If video or audio is "choppy" try the following suggestions (testing again after each one):
- Power off your iPad fully for 2 minutes (Settings > General > Shut Down).
- Click here for instructions to optimize your iPad.
- Reboot your home internet router.
- Click here for suggestions to improve home Wi-Fi.
