The audio/video setup in the Commons is fairly simple and flexible to use with instructions posted just inside the cabinet door on the right side of the "island". The technology includes:
- Large projection screen.
- Laser projector.
- Speakers throughout the room.
- Master volume control on the outside of the cabinet as you enter the room.
- 3 wireless microphones
- AppleTV for devices that can utilize AirPlay.
- VGA connections.
- HDMI connections.
- DVD player.
- Audio cable inside the cabinet.
- Various adapters to accommodate most popular laptop/tablet wired connections.
- Podium where cabling can be run and connected on the top.
