We understand that when you are the parent or guardian of a student at St. Mary's it can be confusing on the various applications/websites that are used to support them. Here is a brief summary and some links (click the subject) to help you out.
- FACTS - Tuition and fee payments.
- Parent Directory - Names and emails of other parents/guardians at SMA. (Optional)
- PowerSchool - Class schedules and grades.
- Remind - Schoolwide communications via the App, text and email. School closures, etc.
- Schoology - Assignments and homework. (Optional)
- SchoolPass - Parents use this to inform the school of absences, early releases, and late arrivals.
- For doctor's notes related to Athletics send a copy to athletic.medical.docs@smapdx.org.
- SchoolPool - Carpooling software to link up with other SMA families in your neighborhood. (Optional)
