Unfortunately, iPads can be lost or stolen. When this happens contact us right away. Here is what we will do:
- Place an alert on the management system so that when the lost iPad reappears on the internet, we are notified of the iPad status and approximate location.
- Provide a replacement iPad at the beginning of the next school day. We will also provide a temporary protective case, which can be purchased from St. Mary's or, when the family obtains a new case, simply returned.
- Will send further information to families regarding reimbursement if the iPad does not find its way back to the school or the family within 45 days. Note: If a student is withdrawing from St. Mary's, the reimbursement will be due on the last day of their classes.
