If you are receiving a message that you are reaching the storage limit or have limited edits remaining for Notability, you likely have the wrong version of the iPad App. Typically, this will happen if Notability is deleted and then downloaded from the App Store which will not be the correct version.
We deploy the Education version of Notability to all school iPads via our mobile device management. This version is equivalent to the "Notability Plus", which is the paid subscription version.
If you need the education version restored to your iPad here is what you need to do:
- Send an email to Tech Help.
- When you receive a response from them, go ahead and delete Notability.
- Reply to the email that you have deleted it.
- Wait for Tech Help to send the App to your iPad.
- Once you have the App, go to Settings and make sure iCloud Syncing is turned on.
- It will take some time to restore all of your notes.
It is important to keep your iPad powered on and connected to Wi-Fi while going through the process above.
