If you are getting a message that you have to subscribe to use one of the Adobe Apps on the iPad, here are the steps to resolve it.
- On the iPad go to https://adobe.com
- Tap Sign In at the top right.
- Use the school email and password you set up to log in which is your Adobe ID.
- Tap on your icon at the top right and then choose Manage Account.
- Once logged in tap Account and Security and choose Sign-in and security.
- Scroll down on the right until you see Automatic profile selection.

Turn off "Select my profile automatically".
- Wait 5 minutes.
- While you wait, go to the Lightroom App and sign in with your Adobe ID. If after you enter your login and password, you see St. Mary's Academy go ahead and choose that option.
- If #9 successful, now go to the Adobe App that is having the issue. If you are signed in, be sure to sign out.
- Then sign back in.
- If the error is still there, delete the App entirely and download it again from the App Store.
- Open it and sign in. It should work now.
If the above doesn't work to clear the subscription option from your Adobe App on the iPad, please email Tech Help and provide a screenshot of the error message.
